A good hotel with perfect location. The street that is on is hedious laud ! Load

Location staff cleanness Poole was a saviour for our children in this heat!

The fact that people was outing their towels in the Poole and then going away as reserved and nobody else was able to use it. None is sitting for a longer period it should be allocated to someone else.

Decent, functional hotel

Right in the centre of Khaosan Road. But the crazy noise didn't carry into the hotel

I'm too old for Khaosan Road these days!

Basic but good location for party and great pool!

Roof terrace and swimming pool with lovely view. Rooms were surprisingly quiet considering the location. Breakfast was good by the pool. Strong cocktails. Manager changed my booking and was helpful.

Chaotic reception. Rooms were run down and view had dirty knickers on balcony view of rubble! My sons apple EarPods were left in the room and we did not get them back! Even though we had tracking that they were in Bangkok!!

Good

Great location for food, partying, or just a nice drink with family. Great rooftop pool that was open late, pool towels were provided. The rooftop restaurant staff were amazing, the food was good with a nice choice of drinks, amazing view across the city.

The room was outdated, with holes in the walls, and just grubby.

- Location. - It was quieter than other reviews made me believe it was going to be. Maybe bc I stayed in a room away from the entrance. Close to the entrance there was a lot of noise from Khaosan road. - food was good

It could be a little cleaner. I thought I saw some grime in the bathroom and there were two mosquitos squished on the wall

The location is perfect .

The location is perfect ... and you don’t hear any loud from al the party at kosan road

The people at front desk wasn’t kind ... they never cleaned my room, despite all the calls I made to housekeeping

Good rooms but poor service

Location and room was good. Rooms were clean. Easy to find taxi and restaurants. Night market is there. Rooms have more space. We have been stayed 6days continously

Bathrooms was not good. No space to keep towel or cloths. Comode and shower area highly separated and really uncomfortable. They were really strict in check out and check in time. Everytime when you go there we could find guest were sleeping in the lobby and reception area. They were waiting there for check time (check time -2p.m) So that hotel manager not treating guests well. We have been stayed six days and had same food for breakfast. Most of them were made by pork.Really annoying.

Great pool, standard rooms

The pool and sky bar were great and a lovely place to watch the sunset in the evening.

The rooms were quite small and basic. Also the breakfast wasn’t good at all, we went out to eat on our second morning. The restaurant you go to for breakfast is across the road from the hotel.

The rooftop pool was great.

The rooftop pool was great. Also the location is pretty good as it is close to the Grand Palace. Great location but for the next time, I would choose another hotel.

The hotel staff badly understood English and most of them were rude (we experience just one kind receptionist at the check -out). Although The room was clean, there was no wardrobe and curtain in the shower. During the night we could hear the noise from the Khaosan Road. In the room was only one plug and they gave us only one card from the room which we consider as highly impractical. The pool was great but there wasn’t enough sun beds. The breakfast was also really poor with limited seats. We also had to ask the staff to give us new toilet paper and to clean our room.

Experience Khaosan with Class

It is easy to find (big green sign on the street which says D&D), friendly staff, good English speaking, very clean, good value.

A little bit of noise from Khaosan Road at night but not unbearable and it cuts off around 1am.

Confortable bed.

... when we entered the room there was a strong smell of urine. In the room....not in the toilet. (Free toilletaries) Stayed with the "teras" door open. Breackfast ....well ...crowded, not too much to choose from but for that price is ok. If you go back to the hotel late, you have a fight untill the hotel. Very busy street. Very very loud music!! But you cannot hear anything from the street in the room. Sometimes yelling, shouting in the middle.of the night from drunk people in the hotel. Anyway price with services is in ballance.

Nothing although breakfast wasn’t great for me with being vegan. Basically fruit or toast. They had beans 1 day only.
